Shipping and Returns
Deliveries are shipped using Royal Mail or myHermes depending on customer choice or Fitness Panda if goods exceed certain weight limits. The goods are usually dispatched within 1 working day of processed payment, and are delivered within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (on some occasions on Saturday)
The current costs of delivery are £4.99 for Royal Mail and £4.99 myHermes (excluding VAT)
Orders over £70.00 will receive FREE DELIVERY
Orders may include tracking information or a signature request on delivery, depending on the order size/courier.
The customer must contact us at Fitness Panda within 5 working days if your parcel has not been received within the allocated shipping time for your destination. If you do not and the parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost.
If you the customer wish to return the item as you have changed your mind it can only be returned/refunded if the security seal has not been broken or tampered with, also Fitness Panda will not pay for return postage/shipping.You as the customer will be required to pay for postage/shipping for returning items. If the item received is incorrect or damaged i.e in transport you must make a claim within 24 hours of receiving via email firstname.lastname@example.org. If an incorrect/damaged item has been sent out and received Fitness Panda will cover the fees for returning/replacement.
